When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive your order within a maximum of 7-8 working days. However, sometimes there could be a delay due to public holidays, strikes, lockdown and unforeseen circumstances. Be rest assured , we always pack and dispatch your order at the earliest possible. We are just as excited for you to receive your box of Chaos Doodles!

Q. Is my order eligible for free shipping?

All orders above INR 999 are eligible for free shipping.

Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email/SMS where you can find the Tracking number and courier partner details. Usually you will receive a direct tracking link but in case you haven't, please head over to the respective courier partner website and track your order using the tracking number provided.

Q. Can I make payment via Cash?

Yes! You can use Cash on Delivery as your mode of payment during checkout. However we have additional charges of INR50 for Cash on Delivery which will be collected from you at the time of delivery by our delivery partner.

Q. How are the products made?

Our products are inspired from Indian Art and Culture, they are designed in-house and crafted by hand by very talented artisans from all across the country.

Q. How to clean the tableware?

Our wooden tableware are splash resistant and can take occasional splashes. We recommend to use wet cloth to wipe the tableware clean. Detailed instruction of care and use are mentioned in each package along with the products!

Q. Can I gift these?

YES OFCOURSE! At Chaos Doodles, we take the art of gifting very seriously. We can gift wrap and/or add a special personal note in the gift box!
